Hi Andrew. The time that the email was received SHOULD be recorded when you add the email. The only situation where this may not hold is if we can't interpret the date/time of the email which should only happen if the user's date/locale settings are "unfamiliar" to us (e.g. "obscure" international formats or custom Gmail settings).
